Who we are
Henry's crew, Henry's name on it.
Interstate Asphalt & Chip Seal is owned and run by Henry. The company does two things and does them well: hot-mix asphalt paving and chip seal, plus the sealcoating, striping and repair work that keeps a surface going.
We work for homeowners, ranch and acreage owners, businesses, churches and HOAs across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, the North Valley, the East Mountains and Valencia County.
When you call, you talk to the person who will price the job and stand behind it. When we quote, the price is in writing. If something changes on the job, we stop and talk to you before anything else happens.

One written price
The number on the estimate is the number you pay. No surprise line items.
Base first
Most pavement fails from underneath. Grade, drainage and base get the most attention.
Honest advice
If a sealcoat, a repair or chip seal will do the job, we will tell you instead of selling you more.
Clean jobsites
We protect landscaping and walkways and leave the site clean when we roll out.

Chip seal is a big part of what we do.
A lot of property around Albuquerque sits at the end of a long dirt or gravel road. Hot-mix asphalt for the whole run is not always the best use of the budget. Chip seal gives you a sealed, all-weather surface for less, and it fits the look of the high desert.
